These Terms of Service govern your use of listingcontentco.com and the catalog optimization services provided by ListingContent Co. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

ListingContent Co provides AI-assisted e-commerce product catalog optimization, including SEO-optimized titles, meta descriptions, keyword tags, HTML product descriptions, and image alt text. Services are delivered as a CSV file within 48 hours of order confirmation and receipt of your product data.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at time of purchase. We do not store your payment card information.

Delivery

We will deliver your optimized catalog CSV within 48 hours of receiving your product data. If we are unable to meet this timeline, we will notify you promptly. Delivery is made via email to the address provided at checkout.

Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate product data for optimization
• You are responsible for reviewing optimized content before uploading to your store
• You retain full ownership of your product data and optimized content
• You must not use our services for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all optimized content we deliver to you. ListingContent Co retains no rights to your product data or the deliverables. We may use anonymized, non-identifying examples of our work for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

ListingContent Co is not responsible for search ranking outcomes, sales results, or platform-specific compatibility issues resulting from our optimized content. We make no guarantees of specific SEO results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our deliverables beyond what is described in our service description.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
